What should i do to try and save calories since im on a diet and were going out for chinese tonight?

ive been doing really good on my diet of just trying to eat the right thing, for over 2 days today will be my 3rd but tonight were going to get chinese. since im picky im gonna get the chicken and brocoli and maybe an egg roll and im not sure if i shoul get the fried wontons. any tips on how i cna now make this such a high calorie meal but still enjoyable so i dont feel like im missiong out on anything?
