What does it mean when he does this while kissing?

So we just finished seeing a movie and we get up he's been drinking many beers.. I say I want my goodnight kiss ... we start kissing well I'm doing more of the kissing he's eyes are closed and he looks like he's somewhere else (maybe because the alcohol) But while he's kissing me he's feeling on my butt inside my pjs. What does his behavior say? (it was almost 5am)
