If my baby wears a nightgown, do i need to put socks on her?

I have some cotton nightgowns (long-sleeved, straight bottom that is open at the end) for my 3 month old. It's pretty chilly at night in my house, about 62 degrees. I usually have her wear footed pjs and then i swaddler her. In a nightgown, should i put socks or anything on her before i swaddle? Or is bare feet ok?
