Anyone know any good recipes for fresh copperhead snake?

Last night about 03:00 AM the dogs needed to potty, so I went outside in pjs and flipflops. They alerted on something, so I shined my light and it was a big fat copperhead! I hustled the dogs indoors before their curiousity got them nailed. I grabbed a shovel and regretfully did what I felt needed to be done. I promptly tossed him into my freezer. So he's fresh, whole, and frozen. Any ideas on how to utilize the meat?
