My dog keeps running around?

Well i don't really wanna ask this but my 6 month old dog keeps running around outside this sounds like a stupid question but i can't find a solution online he like has lot ta energy and runs around and my mom says the more energy they have more aggressive and more typical they are to bite their owners he hasn't bit me he actually is clam towards me but not to the others because they are scared of him and like never come in contact with while i do everyday just want to know does my dogs energy have anything to do with its biting and him running around all the time.
