What should i do about this ?

Ok on june 4th I ordered the hangin with mr cooper tv series on june 4th on this website called www.onixly.com and the dvds are bootleg and I had no idea that I was buying bootleg dvds because a lot of the dvds do not work and the epiosdes are not in order as they claim when I received the dvds what should I do about this should I call my credit card company and file a clam or should I email that website were I brought the dvds
