How to get my body like my best friend and so many other people?
My best friend is the type to go to Wendy's with me and get a super sized combo, 4 piece nugget, and frosty and never gains a pound. He is like 5'9 nicely toned swimmers build and he really doesn't work out that much. I am the one that actually has to but work in and sacrifice for my body. I will sometimes just get a small fry and water i am 5'9 also and when I last weight was 231lbs. I mean I am a weight lifting guy and they do say muscle ways more than fat so maybe that's were most of the weight is coming from? I also know based on DNA and my body type I will never be just a stick thin person, but why is it harder for me to obtain a swimmers build and eat what I want like my friend and so many others. I actually have to work out daily and basically starve to get little results while people like my friend can eat what ever and still say a nice cut up size? I hate it! That Twink and swimmers build is like the body to have in the gay community and I noticed they get all the attention. I want to obtain a healthy ripped swimmers build. So I can get more attention from guys.
