How many trips to the tanning bed would make me tan?

I have an extremely light complection (I wear the palest makeup avaliable if that gives you any idea) and am going to Florida in a month. I am wondering how many trips to the tanning bed it would take me before I get a moderate tan going, so that I can be able to get dark in Florida and not have to worry about burning. Also, how long should I stay in the bed to where it wouldn't fry me the first few times?? Thanks!
