Im 30 this year and i realy want a baby?

i live with my boyfriend weve been together 2 and a half years im worried i might leave it to late to have kids. every time i try and talk to him about it he clams up im not sure hes ready, i dont know what to do id never trap him but im worried im gonna miss the boat as the women in my family dont concieve easily and go though the change very early
