How do you wear a pad without staining yourself?

Try getting a maxi pad maybe it will help because it will support you and you will feel more comfortable.. you can always try going to the doctors and ask for advice on heavy bleeding, you might even get a prescription for heavy bleeding so this problem will go away too... hope this helps xx
