Guy called me while he was drunk ?

So this guy i've been talking to for a while (hes 17) called me and I could tell he was drunk...he was loud etc etc , he was also with his friend . He called me wanting to see me and he was literally 5 mins away from my house. I mean I wouldve seen him if I wasn't in my PJs with no makeup (its 3 in the morning) Anyway I just think it's really disrespectful for him to be calling me and wanting to see me while hes drunk ! is that so bad ??
