Best way to break the bottle-to-bed habit with a 10 month old?

Just take the bottle away he will cry for a little bit and then should stop, for the frist few weeks go in when he is crying and talk to him say no, we don't take our bubba to bed. If it helps switch him to a sippy cup during the day so there are no bottles.
